President/Chief Executive Officer
Erwin Relos has been an engineer at heart since childhood. From a young age, he showed an innate talent for assembling, disassembling, and repairing anything he could get his hands on. At just 13 years old, Erwin began designing, manufacturing, and installing custom car audio systems. By high school, he had expanded his expertise to wiring residential audio systems.
At 19, Erwin launched his professional IT career as a field service technician. His deep technical knowledge, combined with a strong work ethic, quickly earned him the trust of local businesses. By the age of 26, he was managing entire IT departments, and in 1997, he founded Spider-Net Computing Inc. to better serve the growing demand for dependable, scalable network solutions.
Since its founding, Erwin has established a reputation as a trusted expert in the IT field. He has helped hundreds of small and large businesses across the Bay Area design, implement, maintain, and secure their IT infrastructure. Known for boosting system efficiency, reducing downtime, and solving complex technical issues that others couldn’t, Erwin brings unmatched dedication and problem-solving skills to every client engagement.
Unlike many executives, Erwin remains hands-on. As an active network engineer, he spends most of his time in the field, working directly with clients and ensuring that every solution is tailored, practical, and affordable. His commitment to excellent service is unwavering, he even provides clients with his personal cell phone number to ensure they always have direct access to expert support.
Chief Financial Officer/General Counsel
Marialorena Relos began her career in accounting at the age of 16, quickly discovering a natural aptitude for finance, organization, and business strategy. By 19, she launched her own business consulting firm, assisting startups across Silicon Valley with accounting setup, business structure, operational workflows, and the development of HR and compliance protocols.
When she joined Spider-Net Computing Inc., Marialorena played a pivotal role in transforming the company from a sole proprietorship into a structured, profitable, and debt-free corporation. Her leadership brought operational efficiency and long-term financial stability to the business.
Driven by a passion for legal and intellectual property matters, Marialorena returned to school and earned her Juris Doctorate in International Law, followed by an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law. Today, she oversees the day-to-day operations of Spider-Net Computing and serves as the company's General Counsel, ensuring regulatory compliance, strategic growth, and legal protection for clients and company alike.

Network Engineer
Gerald Isidro has been an integral part of Spider-Net Computing since 2008, bringing extensive expertise in resolving complex technical issues for high-volume clients. His resourcefulness and problem-solving skills have earned him a strong track record of success in troubleshooting multiple network errors within dynamic and fast-paced environments, consistently minimizing downtime.
Gerald holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications Management and has gained valuable experience working with major corporations such as Comcast, Xora, Tenet Healthcare, and Kaiser Permanente.
He is certified with CompTIA A+ and is a Microsoft Certified Professional, ensuring he stays current with industry standards and best practices.
Network Engineer
Jomar Relos has over 16 years of experience supporting small to medium businesses as well as large corporations. He works with individual users and enterprises with over 150 users, always prioritizing data protection and optimal network performance regardless of business size.
Jomar specializes in designing, installing, and maintaining point of sale (POS) systems. He has successfully deployed POS terminals for prominent retailers across the Bay Area, including Hugo Boss, Home Depot, and Target.

Network Engineer
George Morales is a highly skilled and dedicated engineer with over 24 years of experience in the technology sector. Known for his passion and versatility across engineering disciplines, George brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to the Spider-Net Computing team.
He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and began his career at Raytheon Company in the Space and Airborne Systems division. As a Senior Multi-Discipline Engineer, he led test engineering efforts and designed power electronics systems for advanced aerospace applications.
Driven by a deep passion for evolving technology, George transitioned into the field of network engineering. He currently holds Cisco CCNA certifications in Routing & Switching and VoIP, and is actively pursuing further credentials including the Cisco CCNA Network Security and VMware VC5 certifications.
